Refund & Returns Policy

This policy covers refunds and returns for purchases of Revixol made through https://earthregenclean.world/, operated by Wellness Media Ltd (Brighton Hearing Review). We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Revixol for any reason, you may return it within 30 calendar days of the date you received your order for a full refund of the purchase price. This applies regardless of whether the product has been opened or partially used, subject to the conditions in Section 4.

This 30-day policy is our commercial guarantee and is in addition to - not a replacement for - your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

2. Statutory Right to Cancel (14 Calendar Days)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU in the United Kingdom), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the day after you received the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this statutory right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model cancellation form below or any other clear written statement.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

1. Contact us within the applicable return window by emailing support@earthregenclean.world, including your name, order reference (if available) and reason for return.
2. Receive return instructions - we will confirm the return address and any specific packaging requirements within 2 working days.
3. Return the product - send the product back using a tracked postal service. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
4. Refund issued - once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days using the original payment method.

4. Conditions for Return

• Returns must be made within the applicable window (30 days commercial / 14 days statutory)
• Products must be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to decline a refund on products that have been substantially consumed (more than 50% used), except where the product is faulty or not as described
• We do not accept returns of products that have been tampered with or where the seal has been broken for reasons other than normal use

5. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us at support@earthregenclean.world within 30 days of receipt with a description and, where possible, photographs. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair at no cost to you, including return postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (VISA, Mastercard or PayPal) within 14 calendar days of us receiving your returned goods. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned (except where faulty):

• Products returned after the 30-day return window has expired
• Products that have been deliberately damaged or misused
